My journey at 3EA began after I cleared my written test and interview successfully in 2014. It has been an extraordinary experience and has changed my viewpoint towards a lot of things in life. I used to be a very nervous individual when I started working here but gradually during my tenure I became self assured and confident. I learnt how to handle responsibilities and meet deadlines without compromising with the work quality. During my training period I learnt working on various CMS like WordPress, Joomla, Opencart. I also learnt about e-commerce portal development, payment gateway integration, networking, website hosting and server management.

The office environment is always positive and makes the work enjoyable. There is healthy competition and everyone is given equal importance. The support and guidance I have received from my colleagues as well as seniors has played an important role in motivating me and boosting my morale.
