My journey at 3EA began on December 16, 2021. I vividly remember the excitement and nervousness I felt on my first day as a Business Analyst in ODD domain. Although I had a brief 3-month remote corporate experience before, stepping into the 3EA office marked the beginning of my true corporate adventure.

Just a month later, in January 2022, my role transitioned to Executive - Corporate HR. This change brought a mix of emotions. On one hand, I was thrilled about the new responsibilities, and on the other, I felt the weight of stepping into unfamiliar territory. Talent acquisition became my primary focus, and I threw myself into the tasks with determination. The mentorship of my reporting officers and seniors was invaluable during this time. Their guidance helped me navigate challenges and grow in confidence.

As the months went by, I began taking on HR operations tasks as well. Each new responsibility felt like a stepping stone, leading me closer to my goals. Then, in September 2022, something wonderful happened – I received my first promotion to Senior Executive - Corporate HR. I was ecstatic! It was a moment of validation and a testament to my hard work and dedication.

With this promotion came new opportunities. I started getting involved in consulting projects, which opened up a whole new world of learning. Additionally, I was entrusted with reportees under my supervision, allowing me to develop my leadership skills. It was both challenging and rewarding to mentor others and watch them grow.

The pinnacle of my journey came in January 2024 when I was promoted to Assistant Manager - Corporate HR. Reflecting on the past 2.6 years, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. I owe so much to my mentors, reporting officers, and the company for believing in me and providing me with these incredible opportunities.

These years have been nothing short of a roller coaster – filled with highs and lows, challenges and triumphs. But through it all, I have grown both professionally and personally. My journey at 3EA has been a whirlwind of experiences, each one shaping me into the person I am today. And for that, I am deeply thankful.
