My Journey from Intern to Assistant Manager at 3EA

My journey at 3EA has been nothing short of transformative. I started as an intern, filled with enthusiasm, curiosity, and the willingness to learn. From the very beginning, I was given real responsibilities and the freedom to explore, contribute, and grow.

As an intern, I got hands-on experience in managing office operations, leading teams, and participating in meetings that shaped my understanding of real-world business scenarios. Every task, whether big or small, came with a learning curve—and I embraced each one with dedication.

With time, I moved into a full-time role and was promoted to Associate. This was a turning point, as it brought more responsibilities and the chance to work on bigger challenges. I continued to learn, adapt, and take ownership of my work.

Thanks to the continuous support from seniors, mentorship from reporting officers, and the incredibly positive work culture at 3EA, I kept evolving both personally and professionally. Each role helped me gain new skills, and each challenge made me more confident.

Today, I feel proud to serve as an Assistant Manager. This milestone is a reflection of my growth, hard work, and the opportunities provided to me at 3EA. I’m grateful to be part of an organization that truly values learning, ownership, and professional development.
