My journey with 3EA began on December 16, 2021, as a Business Analyst in the ODD domain. It was my first real experience stepping into a corporate office, and I clearly remember the mix of excitement and nervousness I felt on that very first day. Though I had a short 3-month remote stint before, this moment marked the beginning of a truly transformative chapter in my professional life.

Just a month into my journey, in January 2022, I was offered a transition into Executive – Corporate HR. While it was a shift from my original domain, I embraced it wholeheartedly. Talent acquisition became my core focus, and I dived into it with energy and dedication. Initially, there was uncertainty, but thanks to the consistent mentorship and support of my reporting officers and seniors, I quickly found my footing.

As time passed, I took on more responsibilities, including HR operations. Each task added a new layer to my learning and helped me evolve. Then came a significant milestone in September 2022, when I was promoted to Senior Executive – Corporate HR. That promotion meant the world to me—it was recognition of the hard work I had put in, and it encouraged me to push further.

With this new role, I began contributing to consulting projects and mentoring reportees. These experiences broadened my perspective and taught me the importance of leadership, adaptability, and collaboration. It wasn’t always easy, but the growth I experienced made it worth every challenge.

In January 2024, I reached another proud milestone—I was promoted to Assistant Manager – Corporate HR. Reflecting on that moment, I felt immense gratitude for the trust the organization had placed in me. It was a testament to a journey filled with learning, resilience, and continuous development.

Today, I step into a new chapter as Associate Domain Partner – ODD. This role brings me back to my roots, but with a deeper understanding of the organization, people, and consulting domain. It feels like coming full circle—with new energy, confidence, and vision.

Over the past 3.6 years, my time at 3EA has been nothing short of a roller coaster—filled with opportunities, challenges, victories, and personal growth. I am incredibly thankful to my mentors, reporting officers, colleagues, and the leadership at 3EA for believing in me, guiding me, and shaping me into the professional I am today.

I look forward to this new journey with excitement and a strong sense of purpose. Here's to growing, evolving, and contributing—one step at a time.
