I’m Gufran Ahmad, and I feel proud to share my professional journey at 3EA.

I joined 3EA as an Associate in the ITES department on 20th April 2023. As someone eager to learn and grow in the technology domain, this was a great opportunity to build my foundation.

During my initial days, I worked on strengthening my technical skills, gaining hands-on experience with technologies like Laravel, PHP, React.js, and Node.js. With every project, I learned something new—be it about development, problem-solving, or working in a team environment.

Thanks to my efforts and the continuous support from my reporting officer, I was soon promoted to the role of Executive. This role gave me greater responsibilities and allowed me to apply my skills to more complex tasks. It also taught me how to manage time, prioritize work, and deliver results under deadlines.

With consistent learning, dedication, and guidance from my seniors, I have now been promoted to Senior Executive – ITES. This achievement is a significant milestone in my career, and I’m truly grateful to the 3EA family for believing in me and giving me a platform to grow.

A special thanks to my reporting officer for their constant encouragement and support throughout this journey.
