I am excited to share a significant milestone in my professional journey at 3EA. I joined the organization on 1st January 2024 as an Associate in the Digital Design & Development domain. 

From the beginning, I was exposed to a variety of projects that allowed me to explore the world of graphic designing, editing, and creative development. Every task—whether big or small—was a learning experience. I got the opportunity to work on real-time assignments, sharpen my design skills, and understand the core principles behind visual storytelling and brand communication.

What made this journey truly valuable was the constant support and mentorship I received from my Reporting Officer. Their patience, constructive feedback, and encouragement played a crucial role in helping me build confidence in my work. Whenever I faced challenges, they were there to guide me with the right direction and motivate me to keep improving.

As weeks turned into months, I became more confident in handling responsibilities independently. I learned how to manage timelines, deliver quality creative work, and contribute to the team’s overall output. The work culture at 3EA also played a major role in my development—collaborative, inclusive, and driven by learning.

Now, I’m proud to share that I’ve been promoted to Executive – Digital Design & Development. This promotion is not just a title change for me; it reflects the growth, trust, and experiences that have shaped my journey so far.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my mentors, team members, and especially my reporting officer for their unwavering support.
