My journey at 3EA Global has been a wonderful and rewarding experience, filled with learning, professional growth, new challenges, and exciting opportunities. I am very happy and proud to share that I have recently been promoted from Senior Executive – ITS to Assistant Manager.

When I look back at my journey, I feel grateful for the opportunities I have received to learn, improve my skills, and take on new responsibilities. Working at 3EA Global has helped me grow not only as a professional but also as an individual.

One of the most valuable parts of my experience has been the opportunity to work with new technologies and frameworks. During my journey, I have learned and gained practical experience with technologies such as ReactJS, NodeJS, and ExpressJS. Exploring these technologies has helped me enhance my technical knowledge, improve my problem-solving abilities, and become more confident in handling new challenges.

The journey has also taught me the importance of continuous learning and adaptability. Technology is constantly evolving, and working in an environment where I could explore new tools and frameworks has encouraged me to keep learning and improving myself. Every new task and challenge has been an opportunity to gain something valuable.

I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to my reporting officer, who has always been helpful, supportive, and encouraging throughout this journey. Their guidance and support have motivated me to perform better, overcome challenges, and continue developing my skills.

This promotion is not just a new designation for me; it represents the trust, learning, hard work, and growth that have been part of my journey at 3EA Global. I am thankful to the organization for recognizing my efforts and giving me the opportunity to take the next step in my career.

As I move forward in my new role as Assistant Manager, I look forward to taking on greater responsibilities, learning new technologies, facing new challenges, and contributing more meaningfully to the growth and success of 3EA Global.
