My name is Harsh Bhatnagar, and my professional journey at 3EA Global has been highly rewarding and growth-oriented. I initially joined the organization as an intern, where I was introduced to a fast-paced and learning-driven environment. During my internship, I had the opportunity to work on real-time projects, which helped me build a strong foundation and understand practical industry requirements. Recognizing my dedication and performance, I was promoted to the role of Associate, and currently, I am working as an Executive in the ITES domain.

Over time, I have been involved in multiple projects that have significantly contributed to both my technical and professional development. Each project came with its own set of challenges, allowing me to enhance my problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail. I also gained valuable insights and hands-on experience through continuous learning and execution.

One of the most impactful aspects of my journey has been the guidance and mentorship provided by my reporting officer, whose support has helped me grow both professionally and personally. Additionally, my team members have always been extremely collaborative, supportive, and approachable, which created a positive and motivating work environment.
