Hi, my name is Vanshika Rastogi, and my journey with 3EA Global began as an intern. What started as a learning opportunity soon transformed into a significant professional milestone, as I am now working here as an Associate.

During my internship, I was introduced to a dynamic work environment where I had the chance to work on diverse tasks and projects. This initial phase helped me build a strong foundation, enhance my skills, and understand how real-world processes function within an organization.

With continuous learning, dedication, and the support of my mentors, I gradually grew more confident in my abilities. The guidance provided by my Reporting Officer and Corporate Buddy played a crucial role in shaping my journey. Their constant encouragement and constructive feedback motivated me to push my limits and perform better each day.

The work culture at 3EA Global has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my journey. The team is supportive, collaborative, and always open to new ideas. This positive and growth-oriented environment made it easier for me to transition from an intern to a full-time Associate.

Today, as an Associate, I feel proud to be a part of 3EA Global. This journey has not only helped me grow professionally but has also boosted my confidence and decision-making abilities. It has been a truly transformative experience.
