I’m Kalpana Dixit, and I’m delighted to share my journey at 3EA Global. I joined 3EA Global as an Intern on 23rd June 2025, stepping into an environment that encourages learning, growth, and continuous improvement. As a fresher eager to build my professional foundation, I was excited to begin this new chapter and make the most of every opportunity.

During my four-month internship, I gained valuable hands-on experience by working on practical assignments and supporting ongoing projects. Each task helped me strengthen my skills, improve my problem-solving abilities, and understand the importance of teamwork and discipline in a professional setting. The constant guidance and mentorship from my seniors played a significant role in shaping my confidence and technical understanding.

After successfully completing my internship period, I was promoted to the position of Associate – ITES. This achievement marked an important milestone in my journey and motivated me to take on greater responsibilities with dedication and confidence. In this new role, I continue to focus on delivering quality work, enhancing my knowledge, and contributing meaningfully to the organization.

I am truly grateful to the 3EA Global family for providing me with a platform to learn and grow. A special thanks to my IT Team for their constant support, collaboration, and encouragement throughout this journey.

I look forward to contributing more and achieving new milestones ahead with 3EA Global.
