Hello, my name is Kalpana Dixit, and I am an Executive at 3EA Global.

The past year at 3EA Global has been an incredible journey filled with learning, growth, and new opportunities. Every project, challenge, and responsibility has helped me enhance my technical expertise while strengthening my confidence and professional skills. I feel proud and grateful to have been promoted from IT Associate to Executive, a milestone that reflects not only my efforts but also the trust and encouragement I have received from the organization.

During this journey, I have had the opportunity to contribute to a variety of technical projects by delivering reliable and efficient solutions, improving internal processes, and supporting key initiatives that have contributed to the company's overall growth and success. Working on diverse assignments has allowed me to continuously learn, adapt to new technologies, and collaborate with talented colleagues who have inspired me to perform at my best.

I sincerely thank my mentors, managers, and teammates for their constant guidance, trust, and support. Their encouragement has motivated me to push my boundaries, embrace challenges, and continue developing both personally and professionally.
