I joined 3EA in 2022 as an Executive in ITES, and from day one, I’ve been fortunate to receive tremendous support from my seniors, which has played a key role in my professional and personal growth. The company’s work environment and culture are truly remarkable, fostering an atmosphere that encourages development and collaboration. I genuinely love being part of this dynamic and positive environment.

After just one year, my dedication and performance were recognized, and I was promoted to Senior Executive. This promotion came with greater responsibilities, and I embraced the opportunity to learn and grow further. Shortly after, I took on the role of Assistant Manager, where I not only managed a team but also expanded my skills in leadership and strategic thinking. The added responsibilities provided me with invaluable learning experiences and the chance to hone my management skills.

In 2025, I achieved the position of Deputy Manager, marking another significant milestone in my career. Each step in this journey has been filled with new challenges, achievements, and learning opportunities, and I’m incredibly grateful for the trust and support I’ve received from the management and my colleagues.
