Hello, my name is Dwaipayan Dhar, and I am happy to share my professional journey at 3EA Global. I am proud to share that I have recently been promoted from Executive to Senior Executive – Digital Design & Development.

My journey at 3EA Global has been a wonderful experience filled with learning, creativity, challenges, and professional growth. During my time here, I have had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and tasks, each of which has helped me develop my skills and gain valuable experience.

I have worked across different areas of digital design, print design, reels, short-form stories, and podcasts. Working on such diverse projects has allowed me to explore different creative approaches, understand various requirements, and continuously improve my design and development skills.

One of the most valuable aspects of my journey has been the opportunity to learn from the people around me. My reporting officer, teammates, colleagues, and corporate buddy have all played an important role in my professional growth. Their guidance, support, suggestions, and encouragement have helped me overcome challenges and become more confident in my work.

Every project brought a new learning experience, and every challenge gave me an opportunity to improve. This journey has taught me the importance of creativity, collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning.

This promotion to Senior Executive – Digital Design & Development is an important milestone in my career, and I am grateful to 3EA Global for providing me with the opportunities and environment to learn and grow.

As I move forward, I look forward to taking on new challenges, exploring new creative possibilities, enhancing my skills, and contributing even more to the organization.
