My journey at 3EA has been nothing short of incredible. I joined the company in 2022 as an Associate, focusing on SEO, but what I didn’t expect was the expansive learning experience I would undergo. While SEO was my starting point, 3EA gave me the opportunity to explore the entire digital marketing landscape – from SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads to Social Media Marketing, E-commerce, and Quick E-commerce strategies.

The environment here at 3EA has been truly empowering. The culture promotes growth, both professionally and personally. The support from my colleagues and the guidance from the management has played a pivotal role in my development. I have had the privilege of working in a positive atmosphere that fosters collaboration and continuous learning.

Within a year of joining, my efforts and dedication in digital marketing were recognized, and I was promoted based on my performance. The company acknowledged the growth in my role, and in 2024, I was again promoted to Senior Executive, marking the next step in my career as my responsibilities grew alongside my expertise.

The journey from Associate to Senior Executive has been a rewarding experience, and I look forward to further contributing to 3EA’s success while continuing my professional growth.
