Hello, everyone. My name is Shriya Bhatia, and I am proud to be a part of 3EA Global.

My journey at 3EA Global has been truly enriching and filled with valuable learning experiences. I began my career as an Associate in the Research and Data Analytics domain, where I had the opportunity to develop strong analytical thinking, research methodologies, problem-solving abilities, and reasoning skills. Every project challenged me to think differently, expand my knowledge, and continuously improve my capabilities.

As my journey progressed, I was also given the opportunity to work in the Human Resources domain. This experience broadened my perspective and allowed me to gain valuable insights into talent management, employee engagement, and organizational processes. Working across multiple domains not only strengthened my professional skills but also helped me become more adaptable, confident, and well-rounded in my approach.

I am truly grateful to my mentors, managers, and teammates for their constant trust, guidance, and encouragement. Their support has played a significant role in my professional growth and has motivated me to take on new challenges with confidence.

Being promoted from the role of Associate is a proud milestone in my journey, and I sincerely appreciate the recognition and opportunities provided by 3EA Global. As I step into this new role, I look forward to embracing greater responsibilities, continuing to learn, and contributing even more towards the organization's success.
