My journey with 3EA Limited began in December 2022 when I joined as an Executive in the Corporate Accounts & Taxation department. Starting my first corporate job was nerve-wracking, but the supportive environment and guidance from my colleagues quickly eased my initial apprehensions. I found myself managing tasks aligned with my qualifications but challenging in their complexity. However, with the mentorship of my reporting officer, I navigated these challenges and grew both professionally and personally.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role has been the continuous learning opportunities. My reporting officer has been instrumental in my development, providing guidance at every stage and helping me successfully complete new tasks within tight deadlines. This support has not only enhanced my skills but also boosted my confidence in handling diverse responsibilities.

After a year of dedicated efforts, I was honored to be promoted to Senior Executive – Corporate Accounts & Taxation. This recognition underscored my growth and competence within the organization, marking a significant milestone in my career.

Throughout my journey, I've encountered challenges and made mistakes, but each instance has been a valuable learning experience. I am grateful for the unwavering support and mentorship from my reporting officer, whose guidance has been pivotal in my professional journey.
