Helping Pulkit Learn Computer Skills for a Better Future

One of our team members, Raj Kamal Dixit, has taken a significant step towards the initiative of education by teaching a child named Pulkit (12). Pulkit's father runs a small tea stall to support his family, and his mother is a housewife. Despite the financial challenges, Pulkit's parents prioritize his education and send him to a government school. Pulkit is a promising and sensible child. Our team member Raj has taken the initiative to teach him computer skills to help him adapt to the technology-driven world. Raj taught Pulkit for 12 hours in November 2017 and 8 hours in December 2017.

Raj shares his perspective on the importance of technology in education: “Although studies are very important, technology is advancing rapidly. It is crucial for children to have knowledge of technology for their future. I teach Pulkit the basics of computing and give him the opportunity to practice on my computer. I hope he can easily learn these skills, and they will help him in the future. Pulkit always shows great interest in learning more, and it motivates me to teach him. I hope to teach many more children in the future.”

Through Raj's guidance, Pulkit gained basic knowledge of MS Paint, practicing on layouts using the tools available in the software. Pulkit feels that the training he received has made him more knowledgeable about computers and their tools. With this new skill set, he is better prepared for the technology-driven future.
