Helping Siddhant Catch Up with His Studies

One of our team members, Rajeev Pandey, has taken a step towards the initiative of education by teaching a child named Siddhant (7). Siddhant's father runs a small shop in Lucknow, and his mother is a housewife. Siddhant attends a government school, but due to a lack of proper education and resources, he was falling behind compared to his peers. Rajeev took the initiative to help Siddhant by providing after-school coaching, teaching him for 6 hours in December 2017.

Rajeev shares his perspective on the importance of education: “Education is one of the most prized possessions, and every child has a right to it. I wanted to contribute in my own small way, so I volunteered for this cause. I feel very good about what I am doing. I wanted to use my free time in the best possible manner, and helping these children is something I love doing. I had observed that while these children were attending school, their learning levels were low. I knew that regular coaching would help them. Some of these children are quite sharp, and I am helping them solve the problems they face in their daily life.”

Through Rajeev’s coaching, Siddhant gained more confidence in his studies. Both Siddhant and his parents were extremely grateful and excited about the initiative. They felt reassured knowing they could rely on Rajeev’s support. Rajeev’s efforts have made a significant difference in Siddhant’s academic life, and his parents are optimistic about his future educational journey.
