Elated to be placed at 3EA

Home - Elated to be placed at 3EA

I was selected through on-campus placement process and had never thought of that I would start my career as a business analyst. I was fortunate enough that I have experienced and learned many different and detailed concept of my domain. Another important thing I have learned during these 7 months, the different aspects of work that a business analyst deal with, which in turn, have provided me with more insight into the different types of roles and responsibilities that I could perform as a Business Analyst.

Reflecting back to my first day at, after being introduced to everyone I was assigned with the work in which I had to work on the BRPs of one of our client. I was happy by the work and the responsibilities that were placed on me, but with the help of my supervisors who had years of experience in the industry, I felt more confident and supported as I knew my work would be double checked and any uncertainties were explained. By observing and learning from them, I managed to develop and learn different types of skills, from understanding the core concept of designing business model to the marketing and consumer folio analysis.

Through experience and observation, another valuable lesson that I learned while working at was that if there was any uncertainties at the figures or the details mentioned in the report, it always has to be checked numerous times and from senior level sources before any conclusions can be made. I had inculcated the sincere habit of cross verifying the things or concepts before presenting it to the seniors and hence learning new concepts with each passing day.

My work experience at 3EA was positive and I am very happy with the amount of things that I have learned and experienced in the 7 months of being Executive-Business Analyst and now being promoted as Senior-Executive Business Analyst.
