Anandi Water Park started its journey in April 2002 & since then they have crossed many milestones and achieved many targets. Anandi Water Park is Northern India’s biggest water park with the maximum number of sliders and events.
Now they proudly bear the name “Magic World” because their guests are always awestruck by the magical environment there and never get bored. They offer entertainment, fun, adventure, dining, shopping, and accommodation all at a single location.
ANANDI MAGIC WORLD is the name of their new entertainment hub with many diversified segments of real, thrilling & adventurous entertainment with full safety measures & professional management at one single place. Apart from a variety & numerous modes of entertainment, the USP of the project is the customization of the concept, keeping in mind the easiness of enjoyment with full comfort, security & professionalism.
Anandi Magic World is an all-weather, single-point real-entertainment destination for families for spending quality time with their loved ones. It has huge number of attractions developed in line with the leading theme parks in the world. Various segments of the park are-

  • An exclusive Water Park with world-class slides built and maintained to strict international safety standards.
  • An exclusive Amusement Park with a variety of rides for all age groups.
  • An exclusive Adventure Park with activities like rope course, zip line, etc.
  • An exclusive Hotel with 120 rooms in the first phase.
  • Banquets & Conference Halls for Functions & Corporate Activities.
  • Lush Green Lawns for Marriages & Outdoor Activities.

The Case

The primary objective for the company was to redesign the website which should be Mobile friendly and contains these functionalities in the website- Payment gateway integration, Customized Tickets, Package and Services, Customer Management System,
Section for e-commerce – Merchandize, offers, and promotions, Social Media Integration to make customer online experience more user-friendly.

The Problem

Our client had a variety of services to offer, and they needed a versatile website that should be Mobile friendly and included the following functionalities in the website- Social Media Integration, Payment gateway integration, Customized Tickets, Package, and Services Customer Management System, Section for e-commerce – Merchandize, offers, and promotions. The client had the challenge to plan its diverse workforce to manage online ticket buying and customer information and transactions across PAN India. The client had a need for smart, dynamic solutions that can help in automating the ticket buying experience for their customers online and a great user experience for their in-house team.

Problem Identification

The first action was to do a comprehensive audit of the existing client’s website to identify key areas for improvement. After the research phase, we conceptualized a website architecture that included all the requirements of the client, improved search returns, and automated order fulfillment. Throughout the process, we worked closely with the client to ensure the fulfillment of all requirements.

The Strategic solution offered by 3EA

3EA designed the website for the client’s new brand Anandi Magic world, and it enhanced the performance of the client by 50% in terms of productivity. The solution we had provided contained several functionalities:

1. Admin Dashboard

On the admin dashboard, they can view sales, manage customer data, manage orders and manage tickets.

2. Customer Management System

It contains all the customers’ information who are registered on the website through the admin dashboard.

3. Social Media Integration

Social media pages are integrated with the website.

4. Payment Gateway Integration

We have integrated a payment gateway on the website so that the customer can purchase the tickets online.

5. Customized Tickets, Packages, and Services

It provides customized tickets, packages, and services. Clients can create and manage tickets through admin login.

6. Section for e-commerce – Merchandize, offers, and promotions

It contains all the e-commerce functions- Tickets Management, Order Management, and Customer Management including offers and promotions.

7. Mobile Friendly

Their old website was not mobile-friendly. After redesigning the website was made mobile-friendly.

8. SSL Security

Our client’s old website was not SSL secured. If a website is not secured by SSL, then it shows ‘Not Secure’ before the website URL in the browser, and the customer does not like to open the websites which aren’t secured. We installed SSL certificates to make their website secure.

Future Scope

The ease with which the website has been created and deployed caught the attention of Customer Management, which has requested a suite of mobile apps for the portal and tracking mechanism for the sales and customers.
